For the past 3 years The Damn Day Party has taken place in the City of Atlanta during Morehouse and Spelman College’s homecoming. This year, the number Pho, meaning year 4, The Damn Day Party Pho, a Mike A Experience , has joined forces with The Familyhood Connection Inc, aka `1stSaturdays.com to promote to alumni/alumnae from Morehouse and Spelman to start/join 1stSaturday efforts in their communities upon returning from Atlanta.
Being that Morehouse and Spelman alumni/almnae come from all over the world to attend homecoming and the Damn Day Party, this collaboration is to promote monthly volunteerism (every 1st Saturday of the month) in schools around the world.
